I am a person of questionable origins. My childhood and teenage years were (mis)spent in various parts of Scotland, and for a short time Cyprus, I then spent the majority of my twenties in Sydney and Hobart, Australia. I now reside, quite logically, on a farm in Brooks, California with my beautiful wife and very spoilt dog.
My intersts (and therefore, the basis of this Blog) are: music of varying descriptions (I would say most, but that would be a lie), the outdoors, wildlife, producing and consuming good food and beer (not necessarily in that order), people, places, good times and Diddly-dee.

I hate blogs. You can’t drink a blog. Nor eat one. And if you talk about one, you are a blog-talker. Try talking-blogs at a party if you want to know the meaning of SHUN-SKI.
But I do like political discourse and I am looking for a 125% discount on Palin’s first opus ( ghost written by someone with more than a 6th grade education). Know any…?

Gil…humor me, was just thinking about this…what about brewing a super-killa ALCOHOL -FREE beer for dogs! Yep dogs. No booze in it, just high quality beer/ale for your best buddy. What guy wouldn’t want to pop open a brew and pour it into a dog bowl for his best pal? I dunno one! But it gets better…after dog-brew is a hit, an it will be, we drop in the alcohol and then comeback with the follow-on- A DOGS BREW FOR HIS OWNER! That’s right,we claim THIS brew was made by dogs for the owners they love.
Now we got two beer lines to market, one made by us for them and one faux-brew made by them for us!
Next up, cat-beer. Nahh, fur-getta-bout it!
